The Victoria Leather Company began over 28 years ago in a barn in Northern New Jersey. At that time the leather was purchased from a jacket manufacturer in New York City. The Teardrop model, the original design, was inspired by the need to use the small pieces of leather from the jacket company (early recycling!). The Teardrop would become the companies best seller for over a quarter of a century.
The company also makes handbags and wallets, designed by women, for women, as evidenced by the many pockets and compartments, feautres you will find in most of their styles.
The handbags are designed to showcase the leathers beauty and timeless appeal. Victoria uses premium, full grain, drum dyed leather. Only the top 15% of all hides meet the standards of quality for the company. The leather is soft, durable, and luxurious. The leather is so soft, the company motto is...YOU HAVE TO FEEL IT TO BELIEVE IT!
